We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
Exchange Process:

Contact us via Instagram DM or email at [auraandamore@gmail.com] with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you with the return.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.
💰 Refunds:

We currently do not offer cash refunds. For eligible cases, we offer:

Exchange with a new piece, or
-
Store credit valid for your next purchase.
How to Record a Return/Exchange Video (For Quick Approval)
To make your return or exchange request smooth and quick, please follow these steps while recording your video:
✅ What to Show:
Unboxing the Parcel
– Start the video while opening the package.
– Make sure the shipping label is visible clearly.
The Jewellery Piece
– Show the full product from all angles.
– Zoom in on the damage/defect/wrong item.
Original Packaging
– Show the jewellery inside the Aura & Amoré box/pouch, if available.
– Include any tags/invoice you received.
No Cuts or Edits
– Please record it as one continuous video (no breaks, no filters).
