Return and Exchange policy 

  • We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • ❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Jewellery worn or used.

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

Exchange Process:

 

  • Contact us via Instagram DM or email at [auraandamore@gmail.com] with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you with the return.

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.

💰 Refunds:

 

  • We currently do not offer cash refunds. For eligible cases, we offer:

  • Exchange with a new piece, or

  • Store credit valid for your next purchase.

How to Record a Return/Exchange Video (For Quick Approval)


To make your return or exchange request smooth and quick, please follow these steps while recording your video:

✅ What to Show:


Unboxing the Parcel
– Start the video while opening the package.
– Make sure the shipping label is visible clearly.

The Jewellery Piece
– Show the full product from all angles.
– Zoom in on the damage/defect/wrong item.

Original Packaging
– Show the jewellery inside the Aura & Amoré box/pouch, if available.
– Include any tags/invoice you received.

No Cuts or Edits
– Please record it as one continuous video (no breaks, no filters).
